A partnership deed is a written agreement between two or more partners willing to undertake business jointly. It consist of all the terms & conditions agreed by the respective partners i.e., partners name and address, partnership firm name with address, nature of business, duration, date of commencement, their capital introduced, profit sharing ratio & so on.

• Fee includes preparation of Online Application Form with Marathi Translation, Registration Fess and also other documents which are required for Submission.
• We prefer Mumbai (Maharashtra) registration center for registration work.
• Fee may revised depends upon penalty for delay in submission from client’s end and also if any license requirement to do business which is mentioned in the deed.

Documents required from client’s end for submission:

• Photocopy of English / Marathi Deed of Partnership.

The stages for the formation of partnership in Mumbai are listed below:

• Obtaining the copy of partnership deed in English / Marathi from Client
• Preparation of the documents, such as Marathi Translation, Form-A, Letter of Authority for Signature of the partners.
